2. What Data We Collect
Travellers: Name, email, phone, Umrah requirements (dates, group size, budget, hotel preference) when you submit a request form. This data is shared with verified agents so they can respond with quotes.
Agents: Company details, ATOL/IATA numbers, identity documents, contact information during registration. This data is used for verification purposes only.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To connect traveller requests with appropriate Umrah agents
- To verify agent credentials against official registers (CAA, Companies House)
- To send service-related emails (quote responses, application updates)
- To improve the platform
4. Data Sharing
Traveller requests are shared with verified agents on the platform. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share agent verification documents beyond our internal review process.
5. Data Retention
Traveller requests are retained for 12 months after submission. Agent data is retained while their account is active. You may request deletion at hello@umrahconnect.co.uk.
6. Your Rights Under UK GDPR
