UmrahConnect.co.uk is a technology platform that connects travellers seeking Umrah packages with third-party travel agents. UmrahConnect does not sell, resell, or provide travel services. We are a marketplace, not a travel agency.
2. For Travellers
UmrahConnect is free for travellers. By submitting a request, you agree that your details will be shared with verified agents on the platform who may contact you with quotes. UmrahConnect is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or delivery of any travel service booked through an agent found on this platform. Always verify an agent's ATOL status independently at caa.co.uk before making payment.
3. For Agents
By registering, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information. UmrahConnect reserves the right to verify your ATOL/IATA status with official registers and to suspend or remove your account at any time. Agents are responsible for the accuracy of their package listings and for fulfilling all bookings made through the platform. UmrahConnect may charge subscription fees as detailed during registration. Subscription fees are non-refundable.
4. Limitation of Liability
UmrahConnect provides a platform for connection only. We do not guarantee the quality of services provided by agents. To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, UmrahConnect shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from use of this platform.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the UmrahConnect name, logo, and design, is owned by UmrahConnect. Agents grant UmrahConnect a non-exclusive licence to display their package listings and company information on the platform.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
